Do I really need heating service in Central Texas?
Yes. Our winters are mild most days, but hard freezes do hit — and that's exactly when a neglected furnace fails and everyone needs one at once. A yearly check also catches combustion and venting problems before they become a safety issue.
Do you service gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pumps?
Yes — all of them, any make or model. If you're not sure what kind of heat you have, we'll identify it and explain it in plain language.
How do you check that my furnace is safe?
On a heating visit we check how the furnace is burning and whether it's venting properly, so combustion fumes like carbon monoxide stay out of your living space. If something's off, we tell you and show you why.
How soon can you come out when the heat's out?
